Even in a modern world, sex can be a hard and vulnerable topic to touch upon. In some cultures and belief systems, sex has been labled as shameful and can bring on feelings of guilt. Did you know that in some cultures it can be taboo that people never actually talk about sex at all? However, what is actually true is that sex is one of the most natural, normal parts of the human experience. Just think about that - we are all here because two people had sex and made more people.
I’ve been interested in sexuality since I was in my preteens. I asked my mom for every book I could get my hands on and when the internet became more popular, I used that as a resource to learn more about the body, pleasure and understand more about my own desires. When I was in my teens and becoming more sexually interested in others, it became my goal to learn ‘all the things’ about the human sexual experience and had a yearning to help others become well educated and empowered around sex in their mind, bodies and souls.
Knowledge is power and the more we know about what we want, what we desire internally, sexually and communicatively, the more we are able to explore our boundaries and motivations for sexual intimacy. Thus, we are able to take power over our own sexual identities while having fun all at the same time.
I graduated with my masters of counseling psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco in 2018. I am trained as therapist, however enjoy being a sex and relationship coach and holistically using all my skills gained through my experiences. I have been trained in multiple modalities of therapy. The ones I use most often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman’s Couples therapy Level 1, and EMDR. I have also taken a plethora of trainings in Sexuality and Domestic Violence.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all gender identities, races, ethnicities, religions and cultures. I have experience working with queer folx as well as heterosexual people in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
It bring me joy watching others cultivate a brave space where they are able to fully explore their sensuality, sexual identity, sexual expression, romance, eroticism, fetishes, intimacy, fidelity, sexual dysfunction, motivation for sex, desires, boundaries and beyond.

Before I felt a calling to become a sex and relationship coach, I was an entrepreneur and ran a technology business for a decade. Running an organization and building something from nothing was a major challenge. I learned many life lessons from my prior career that have helped me more deeply navigate the often rocky terrain of sex coaching. Such as how to speak my truth, ask for what I want, and deal with anxiety. I also came to realize that what I wanted most was to help people live full lives. Especially when it comes to the erotic space.
As a sex and relationship coach, I believe all people deserve the right to full access of their erotic selves. I believe that the erotic is central to accessing our full life force, confidence, creativity, and moment to moment vitality.
I have my masters from Bradley University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and completed my therapy masters training from the Liberation Institute in San Francisco, an inclusive therapy center for all genders and sexualities.
I am also trained in multiple approaches for personal change and growth including Hakomi, a mindfulness and somatic based therapy approach, which helps people to become more connected and in tune with their bodies. I also have a certificate in Gestalt Therapy, a body-oriented form of therapy aimed at helping people stay in the here-and-now while living more authentically.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples (monogamous and non-monogamous). I work with all genders and sexualities. Clients have come to me to work on many of life’s challenges, including: confidence and self esteem, anxiety, dating, creating fulfilling relationships, conflict and communication, intimacy, boundaries, having wonderful sex, orgasm challenges, body-image, feeling sexy and erotic, ADHD and neurodiversity, creativity, burnout, building a business, managing a team, navigating major life changes, divorce and breakups, sexuality, career changes, and developing unique authenticity.
My work throughout my life has been featured in the Chicago Tribune, CNBC, Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc Magazine, the Huffington Post, and Forbes.
